Yes! We ship worldwide.
How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days, except during:
- New releases
- Sales
- Holidays
What should I expect after placing an online order?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don’t receive it, please contact us. All standard terms and conditions apply. Reach out with any additional questions or concerns—we’re happy to help!
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping costs are based on:
- weight and size of your order
- shipping destination
- shipping speed you select
We do not apply any mark-ups to shipping fees.
What shipping options are available?
Standard: Up to 10 business days
Expedited: 4 business days
2-Day Shipping: 2 business days
Expedited and 2-Day Shipping may not be available during peak periods.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if my order is damaged or missing items?
If your order is damaged during shipping, notify Legacy Publishing Group and the carrier within 5 business days to start a claim.
- Save all original packaging for the carrier’s inspection.
- A return authorization (valid for 30 days) will be issued once the claim is started.
- Return the damaged item in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice to receive a replacement.
- Any order shortages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
