Sandy Clough

Award-winning artist Sandy Lynam Clough got her start as an artist at an early age. A fourth-generation artist, Sandy produced her first painting in second grade and received her BA in art, and M.Ed. in art education from Mississippi College. Her fans, collectors, and awards are due to her meticulous attention to detail and design. She is equally skilled in both oil and watercolor painting. “I believe my painting is a gift from the Lord,” Sandy says. “I have developed that gift through education and practice while discovering that there is great joy and satisfaction in doing what I have been gifted to do.” She is also the author and illustrator of several books, including Heirlooms from Loving Hands, The Art of Tea and Friendship: Savoring the Fragrance of Time Together, Prayers in the Storm: Resting in God’s Comfort and Care, Come to My Tea Party: Kindness and Friendship for Young Ladies, And I Know He Watches Me, So Rare a Treasure, and Blessings Among the Roses. She has illustrated the best-selling book If Teacups Could Talk, as well as My Front Porch, The Twelve Teas of Christmas, Timeless Treasures, An Invitation to Tea, Stepping Out, Hats Off to You, and You’re Never Out of Style. She is the creator of My Keepsake Recipes and Moments to Remember. Her newest projects are a new book and gift line celebrating friendship called Sandy’s Tea Society, which features six ladies—Gloria, Ruby, Lillian, Suzette, Laura, and Claudette—who encourage women to make memories, share decorating and recipe secrets and build a community of friendships. Other new projects are inspirational books from her Among the Roses collection: Faith – God’s Blessed Assurance, Hope – Heaven’s Own Gift, and Love – God’s Greatest Treasure.
