Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order:

  • First order minimum is $100.00. Minimum Reorder is $50.

Terms:

  • First orders are C.O.D. or credit card.
  • Legacy Publishing Group is happy to accept Visa, MC, and Discover. Net 30 Terms available upon satisfactory credit check of references on re-orders only. (1 1/2% Finance Charge on overdue balance will be accrued.)
  • A $25.00 service charge will be added to any returned checks or stop payment checks.
  • A 10% service charge will be payable on unaccepted or undeliverable orders.


Shipping:

  • All orders will be shipped "Best Way" from Clinton, MA unless otherwise requested.
  • Orders are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks.
  • The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice.
  • An additional UPS or DHL, or FedEx - C.O.D. charge will be added to ALL C.O.D. orders.
  • You pay for shipping costs on our Free Display Units, Card Racks, Wooden Units and offset merchandise.
  • Please Call 800-322-3866 for specific shipping costs to your area.


Shortages / Damage Claims:

  • Goods damaged during shipment must be reported to Legacy AND to the Carrier within 5 business days to initiate a claim.
  • Save all packing materials for inspection by the claim adjuster.
  • We will send you a return authorization approval good for thirty days.
  • We must receive the damaged goods in original packing with a copy of the invoice in order to replace the shipment.
  • Any shortages must be reported to Legacy Publishing Group within 7 business days of receipt of order.


Back Orders:

  • We will ship out of stock items as soon as possible unless otherwise noted on invoice.
  • Any back order under $20 will be cancelled.


International Orders:

  • All orders must be Pre-Paid.
  • All invoices are payable in U.S. funds.


Card Club Member "Return for Credit" Policy:

  • If you are a member of the Legacy Card Club, you may return any "everyday" card for any reason, at any time and receive a credit towards a future greeting card purchase.
  • All holiday themed Special Interest cards must be returned within 60 days from the particular holiday to be eligible for our "return for credit" policy.


Online Orders:

  • All terms and conditions apply.
  • Once you place an order, you should receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your order went through. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, you should contact us.
  • You will receive another e-mail from us within 72 hours. This second e-mail will include our internal order number as well as a confirmed ship date. We also include some comments regarding your order. Please be sure to contact us with any questions at: info@shoplegacy.com.


Prices:

  • Effective - January 1, 2009
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Purchase order numbers should accompany all invoices, acknowledgments, and correspondence.
